three parts.
Identity
Confirm who is applying. An email address or public profile photo is not proof of identity.
Professional authority
Check the relevant state or territory credential and its current status. The credential class determines the professional role.
Agency relationship
Confirm the connection to the claimed agency independently. A matching email domain is only a supporting signal.
This presentation uses synthetic applicants and simulated checks. No profile here carries a real SHELTER verification. Real identity collection, email/SMS verification and professional publishing remain disabled until the required providers and policies are approved.
