What the presentation stores

We store the name and email you provide, a salted password hash, sessions, saved homes, Living Briefs, notes, enquiry-sharing choices, enquiries and demo receipts. Agent applications contain fictional contact, credential and agency details. Uploaded profile images remain private pending review. Do not enter real identification or confidential data.

How information is used

Your Living Brief filters and scores synthetic homes using the preferences you choose. Scores explain recorded matches and compromises; they do not make purchase decisions. You can edit or clear your brief. The deployed presentation uses a deterministic parser and sends no prompts to an external AI provider.

Who can see it

Account records are scoped to your session. An enquiry shares only the fields you select with the assigned demonstration agent. Authorised administrators can review operational records. Verification evidence is encrypted, private, and available only through short-lived reviewer links with additional authentication in production. No real verification badge is issued.

Hosting and overseas processing

The presentation runs on Amazon Web Services in Northern Virginia, United States. Data is processed there, outside Australia. Opening maps contacts OpenStreetMap. No analytics, marketing, payment, email, SMS or identity-verification provider is active. These practices must be reassessed before those services are enabled.

Retention and your choices

Account data is retained until you clear it or delete your account. Synthetic identity samples expire after seven days. Profile images stay private until replaced or the account is deleted. Operational backups are retained for seven days; deletion reaches those copies as they expire. Minimal security audit entries are pseudonymous after account deletion.

Signed-in users can export their account, registration and receipt data, clear house-hunting activity, revoke all sessions or delete the account in Privacy & sharing. Cookie preferences remain on this device and can be changed below. For corrections, edit your account workflow or contact your presentation host; a public privacy contact and legally reviewed production policy are still required before launch.
