Accounts and acceptable use
This presentation is for evaluating SHELTER’s property-search experience. Use an account you control and keep its password private. Do not impersonate others, probe private records, submit unlawful content, misuse enquiries or upload material without authority. Use fictional details in professional registration; do not provide real identity documents.
Property information and decisions
All current addresses, listing prices, agents and inspection times are synthetic. Generated images are reusable illustrations and do not establish a property’s rooms, layout, condition or availability. No property here is offered for purchase or rent. Future external listings require an authorised source and their own accuracy and rights checks.
Your Living Brief
Preferences you enter filter and rank the demo inventory. Match scores are advisory and do not guarantee suitability. Known facts, compromises and unavailable data are shown where possible. You remain responsible for checking a real property and obtaining independent legal, financial, building or other professional advice when needed.
Inspections and conversations
Inspection plans use synthetic times and approximate travel allowances, not live routing or confirmed appointments. Contact the agent before attending a real inspection. A demo enquiry stores your message and the information you explicitly select in the assigned demo agent’s inbox. It sends no external email or SMS and creates no marketing subscription.
Content and intellectual property
Only upload or share material you are permitted to use. SHELTER’s generated presentation imagery and approved logo must not be represented as photographs of real listed properties or as proof of another person’s identity. Map attribution stays visible. Third-party materials retain their applicable rights; public visibility is not permission to reuse them.
Account control and misuse
You can export or clear house-hunting data and delete your account in Privacy & sharing. Sessions can be revoked, and professional access suspended, to investigate misuse. Production suspension, dispute and appeal procedures remain subject to legal review; this notice does not establish a paid-service cancellation rule.
Privacy and paid services
The Privacy Policy explains US hosting, information sharing and retention. Cookie settings control optional choices; no optional trackers are installed. Rights preserved
These notices do not seek to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. They do not provide final legal approval for a commercial property service.
