Private Sale presentation product
The illustrated fee is $199.00 AUD for one property advertisement on SHELTER for 60 days. The simulated service period begins at publication, not payment. There is no sale commission, automatic renewal, portal syndication or deposit service. Rejection of identity, authority or listing review can be referred for refund review in the seller workspace. Duplicate checkout requests do not create another initial purchase. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded. All prices and outcomes are simulated; commercial refund rules require legal review before any real charge.
No payment, no renewal
SHELTER does not charge you in this presentation. Checkout and refund examples create clearly labelled demo records only. They do not activate a subscription, start a trial, renew automatically or move money.
Cancel or change a plan
Billing shows your account plan and that no paid subscription is active. There is no renewal date or future bill to cancel. You can leave the presentation or delete your account from Privacy & sharing. Account deletion is not a substitute for a future paid-subscription cancellation process.
Receipt questions and refund requests
In Billing, you can record a demo question about a receipt. The request is kept with your account for the presentation; no payment provider is contacted and no refund is promised or processed. For a charge on a real bank statement, contact the actual merchant identified on the statement. This demo cannot investigate another merchant’s charge.
Before paid services launch
Published purchase terms must explain when cancellation takes effect and ends future billing, plan upgrades and downgrades, duplicate charges or subscriptions, failed payments, non-delivery and outages, and the request and response process. A change-of-mind policy, trial terms, GST treatment and any additional charges must be settled before purchase is possible. Those commercial choices have not been made in this presentation.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these presentation notices is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The remedy for a problem depends on the applicable circumstances. See the ACCC guidance on refunds and cancellation.
